First Course: Ginger Pear Scallop
(seared scallop on a bed of crispy pork belly, with golden pearl sago and ginger pear puree)
Second Course: Peking Duck
(specially prepared duckling wrapped in a Chinese crepe with pickled vegetables, cucumber & hoi sin sauce)
Third Course: Blue Swimmer Crab Dumpling
(steamed rice ravoli blue swimmer crab dumplings w. yarra valley salmon caviar in a clear consomme)
Fourth Course: Firecracker Deep of the Sea
(stirfried king prawns and scallops w. snowpeas, onions, babycorn w. garlic and a hint of chilli)
Fifth Course: Sher Wagyu Grass Fed Eye Fillet
(premium grass fed sher wagyu eye fillet marinated for 48 hours, slowly wok fried and served with greens, snowpeas in a terriyaki jus)

Sixth Course: XO Chinese Roast Duck
(fermented XO spiced roast duck cooked chinese style w. eggplant karrage)
